Form HP-1Holder payout statement
Every trade pays the people holding the coin.
Holdpay treats a coin like a payroll. A small fee on every buy and sell is split on the spot, and the holders' line is paid out in the asset they chose: SOL, bitcoin, dollars or a stock. This desk shows you what that statement looks like on real mainnet volume, before anything is launched.
- Fee on each trade
- 1.20%
- Holders' line
- 0.60%
- Paid in

Statement summary, today's market
p. 2 / 11Reading the 24-hour board…
Follow one trade to the holders
- A trade arrives. Someone buys $1,000 of the coin on its own pool. Nothing is batched or delayed.
- The fee is taken in the same transaction. 1.20%, so $12.00, before the swap settles.
- The fee is split into three lines. Holders 0.60%, the creator 0.40%, Holdpay 0.20%. The split is fixed at launch.
- The holders' $6.00 is converted to the pair asset and credited by score: how much you hold, times how long you have held it.
Schematic. The split percentages are Holdpay's proposed defaults; the projector lets you change every one.
Holder-reward projector
p. 4 / 11Set a coin's daily volume, the fee split and your position. The stub on the right is your projected payslip in the pair asset you choose, priced live from Jupiter. Model
Pick what holders are paid in
p. 5 / 11Any liquid Solana asset can be the pay currency. Prices and route liquidity are read live from Jupiter. Pick one and the projector re-denominates your payslip.

Run a payroll on any live coin
p. 6 / 11Paste any Solana mint. Holdpay reads its real trading volume from every DexScreener pair and prints what its holders would have been paid under the projector's fee split. Model on live volume
Live holder register
p. 7 / 11The payroll's employee list. Supply comes from mainnet getTokenSupply; the largest holders from mainnet getTokenLargestAccounts, falling back to Jupiter's holder index when public RPC refuses it. Each row shows what that holder would take from every $100,000 of volume.
My pay stub, from my real wallet
p. 8 / 11Connect a wallet or paste any address. Holdpay reads its token accounts from mainnet, prices them on Jupiter and asks a single question: if every coin you hold paid its holders 0.60% of yesterday's volume, what would today's stub say?
How every line is computed
p. 9 / 11pool = volume₍24h₎ × holders%The fee is charged on both buys and sells. Only the holders' share of it enters the pool.
score = amount × min(days, 90)In amount-only mode the time factor is dropped. Selling resets your days to zero.
share = held% × days ÷ avg_daysYour score against the average holder's. Capped so the projector never pays you more than the whole pool.
units = pay_usd ÷ price₍pair₎Price is Jupiter's live USD price. Conversion slippage is ignored in the model.

Questions
p. 10 / 11Is Holdpay a launchpad I can use today?
Not yet. This site is the statement desk: it shows, on real mainnet data, what a holder-pay coin would pay. The launch contract is not live, so nothing here can create a coin or take a fee.
Which numbers are live and which are a model?
Prices, volumes, supply, holder lists, wallet balances and the mainnet slot are live reads. Every payout figure is a model: it applies Holdpay's proposed fee split to that real volume. Model figures carry a "Model" tag.
What does "Stamp on mainnet" do?
It writes one SPL Memo containing the SHA-256 of your payslip to Solana mainnet, signed by your own wallet. It moves no tokens and sends nothing to anyone; you pay only the network fee, shown before your wallet opens. It is a public, timestamped receipt that this projection existed.
Why does the register sometimes say "Jupiter holder index"?
Public Solana RPC often refuses getTokenLargestAccounts for busy tokens. When it does, Holdpay reads Jupiter's keyless holder index instead and labels the source on the table.
Why pay holders in another asset?
Paying in the coin itself is just dilution. Paying in SOL, bitcoin, dollars or a stock gives holders something they can keep without selling the coin.
Does connecting my wallet give you access to my funds?
No. Connecting shares your public address only. Holdpay reads public balances with it. The only thing your wallet can be asked to sign is the optional memo stamp, and you see a review sheet first.
Notes to this statement
p. 11 / 11- Holdpay is an independent concept. It is not live as a launchpad, has no audit, no partners and no users to report.
- All chain reads are Solana mainnet-beta, through this site's read-only RPC proxy. Market data is from Jupiter and DexScreener, keyless.
- Payout figures are models, not promises. Real fees, conversion slippage and holder behaviour will differ.
- The site never holds funds, never asks for a seed phrase, and can only ask your wallet to sign a memo you reviewed.
